It's from 2011 Topps Marquee - Titanic Threads.
I have a few numbered to 99 or 75, but mine are just large jersey swatches. No patch.

it has to be..because you can see just a little bit of the blue star in the top left hand corner of the card

yes card companies like to put an old photo on the card buy a new jersey piece of vice versa!
