Orlando Magic Question

I am going to my first Magic game on 12/29 and I'm hoping to get to the game in time to get some Magic autos. How early do they open the gates at Amway? Do they let anyone down by the tunnels and how early does shootaround start? Thanks in advance.

The team website says the gates open an hour before the game...shootout will already be going on. From what I've seen, you can get near the tunnels, but security will be a pain sometimes.

I've never been there, that's just what I've seen/remember reading. They were a pretty good signing team here in Cleveland last season, but it seems like Duhon was the only sure thing throughout the season.

I did them on the road last year and only duhon signed pregame.

I stayed after with a family pass and got the whole roster though, so it was a win.

They werent a good signing team though, if I didn't have a family pass I would have been out of luck.

Howard used to sign pregame but stopped last year I think.

When I did them at the game in Charlotte last year I only got Duhon, Malik Allen, and Daniel Orton (I was the only one who called him over and he seemed surprised someone recognized him). There were some people who had earlier access to the arena and probably got more stuff though.

Last season, for the most part, I found that he would sign if he came out for shootaround. But some games he came out, other games he didn't.

From my experience, both teams use different tunnels, but I've never been to the Amway Center. If you're not sure of which tunnel, just be there when the gates open and follow everyone else.
