What is your Favourite Insert Set Ever??

I recently started focussing my collecting efforts on the smaller sets within the sets.

    For example:

    Certified Throwback Threads Autos--10 cards
09/10 MVP Hart Winners Inserts--10 cards
    08/09 MVP Magnificent Sevens--7 cards
ITG 1972 Year in Hockey Masked Men inserts
Don Russ Tough Times Autos--10 cards
99/00 Topps Stanley Cup Heroes die cuts
10/11 Black Diamond Team Canada Die cuts

Anyhow, I'm running out of ideas. I never paid enough attention in the past to realize what inserts were nice. So, now I am turning to you to voice your opinion. Your favourite Insert set ever. Provide a pic or a link to the bay to show your favourite. Thanks.

Pretty much any of the 1993-94 Classic Hockey insert sets. Some of the first acetate sets and they are gorgeous IMO.

agree with you on that. Only problem with those acetate cards are that they went from clear, to clearish yellow over time, so they dont' look quite as nice anymore. But I do like those classic sets! I always wanted to pull an autograph from a box of those but never have

    93/94 Score Dream Team

It doesn't seem like the most exciting set since there isn't any autograph or piece of game used equipment, but I like that there is a full action photo and not just the player with some colored background. I also like the close-up photo on the card as it reminds me of the 1983 Topps baseball cards (my first card purchases).

    Honorable mentions:
08/09 OPC Retro Rainbow - really like the design on the card
00/01 UD Legends Collection Gold #/375 - another one I like the design
97/98 Pinnacle Zenith Z-Gold - I like how the player's photo sometimes goes over the border. It gives it a somewhat 3D look, similar to the 92/93 Pinnacle base cards.
02/03 Pacific Atomic Jersey Cards - similar in design to the above Score Dreamteam inserts, with an action photo and a close-up shot, but with a jersey swatch. Would like them more if the background was from the actual full body shot/action shot.

My favourite insert sets are the 2003-04 Parkhurst Original 6 NY Rangers Autos and Memorabilia. I also like the 2000-01 Titanium Game Gear set, because of its size and variety of players.

The Score Dream Teams are very nice. Kudos on that one.
