Good career or bad?
I wanna dedicate a thread to my favorite player, Miroslav Satan!
Making some great records with the Sabres, won a cup with the Pens, and many other accolades, but it doesn't mean he is great. Id say he's a little above average, but what do you guys think? Did he end his career on a good note?

When he first came into the league, he seemed pretty good and held it up for awhile.
Then he faded into the background, for me anyway.
Honestly, I don't know if I can say one way or the other, but one thing I do know, it should have been a league rule that he play his entire career in New Jersey and wear #66

He was drafted incredibly low and really shone as a star player while with the Sabres. He did fade out after being traded to the Isles and all but disappeared in Pittsburgh but I will always remember him as one of the finest Slovakian players to play in the NHL.
Also good since I recently pulled two Topps Gold Label cards of his that book at $99 total.

I wouldn't say great cause there are some tuff names there but not bad either. I would probably agree and go above average, maybe a little more. He does have his name on the cup which many greats don't and he did rise to the occasion for a good stretch.
I would imagine that anyone would fade out after going to the Isles, lol. Not a real great place with great players to jump start a career
