    Collecting Phases

I was on ebay today and won two cards- 2001 GOTG Nolan Ryan auto and 2011 Goodwin Champions Museum relic- Edward VIII.

I realized the Ryan was one of maybe half a few baseball HOF autos I've gotten in the last few months while the Edward relic was the second of that card I've gotten and maybe the 12th-15th historic card I've picked up in the same time frame.

What collecting phases have you gone or are going through?

Right now my main focus is collecting the autograph of every living Yankee and NY Giant but I still throw in for my overall collection

    Right now...I'm a mess.

I am short on time, but my most recent endeavors have been general Hall of Fame (I've made specific 8x10 customs) and celebrities.

    Story of my life.

Currently, still working on my Cubs all-time set, but I sprinkle in some Bears, Blackhawks, and HOFers. Most of my stuff is TTM, but occasionally I'll hit an appearance if it's close and I have something on hand to sign.

I do go in spurts, but it probably has more to do with the constant state of busy that I am in my life.

I went through a hall of fame signed baseball phase. Sold or traded all of those and moved on to the TTM baseball phase.

Right now I am in the BURNED OUT phase.

Been fighting the burned out phase for months, but about to be in the ST phase! The best time ever for me and TTM!

I have been suffering big time from this. After I sent out a big group of Giants I have just kind of burned myself out. I did start writing some letters for ST but it is going to be focused on Yankees and former Yankees this year. I have never had much success with ST and I'm beginning to get discouraged. I am looking forward to baseball season though.
