    Upper Deck Replacement Mailday

I'm pleasantly surprised! Had no idea what the package was when I was opening it. I sent them a faded sweet spot auto of Cliff Lee about 6 months ago. I told them I collected Buckeyes, Indians, Browns, and Cavs. Check out what they sent! Stoked about the Saine and that dual auto.

Dude, for sure. It's a manufactured defect, so they're responsible for it. It was no questions asked when I called. I've considered buying others on eBay at a discounted price just to send them in :P

Haha for real! And it looks like the replacements are halfway decent. From what I hear they're always really good about asking you who you like and sending those players.

How did you go about calling them though, as in, how did you describe the problem.

    I just said this:

I'm a Cleveland Indians collector and one of my favorite cards that I got back in 2006 when it was released was this Cliff Lee autographed sweet spot. As I'm sure you know, the ink on the sweet spots deteriorated over time because the quality of the leather was not good in that year. I'm hoping that UD can replace it with a similar card for me to put in my collection.

Awesome, I think I'll make a call tomorrow! Thanks again for the help!
