Is a prime patch worth more? or is a patch worth more? What is the prime patch from on the jersey?

Prime will fetch more value than a standard jersey, yes.

Prime can come from the number, emblem, seam, or colour break in the jersey.

Will it fetch more than a patch. I have a Paninni Dominion and on the side it says Prime and I have another and on the side it says Patch. Which one would be worth more if it was the same player.

Depends on the quality of the memorabilia swatch. With low #'d cards from a high-end set like Dominion, values can fluctuate. You may have a 1-colour patch that does less than a 2-colour prime jersey, but generally a multi-colour patch will outsell a prime piece.
