Yeah, it's hard on here. It's a better experience than eBay though.

I agree with a lot of your points here. Personally, I don't like looking at buckets either. I know why they exist and what purpose they serve. But it ain't my thing.

Well to be honest for me, often when there are Kessel cards on here people are demanding this crazy premium "because Kessels market is going up because hes doing so good". This is not the case, in 6 months Ive built my Kessel PC up to around 150 cards most being mid end or better and most I get from ebay on auction, and the only way to do that? sell cards to get paypal. I know the market pretty good and alot of times the BV/SV doesnt even close to match up so I go with the one that makes more sense. I'm not going to trade a card that books 60 and sells for 50 for another card that books 60 and sells for 15, just common sense. So instead of trading the card id sell instead to use the 50$ to get 100$BV+ in cards.
A guy on here recently had a Certified 1/1 of Kessel, I watched it on auction at 49.99, it didnt sell, then he pops on here and tells me he wants 80 - 90$dlvd for it, so I laugh and say well if I wanted it that bad I woulda bought it for 50$ on auction before it ended, and he argued blah blah, then put it back on auction and low and behold sold for 49.99.
Im ranting a bit here but for me personally my best plan of action is to sell and buy on ebay unless the price is right. Theres a couple members on here that helped me out big time on my Kessel PC like Dwilton27 and Sjw241 and the prices are exactly at a price point that makes both people happy. Others though overprice their cards way too much on here, so its all I can do (im not rich).

On the flip side, if you feel the price is too high, PLEASE come back with your own offer. The worst that can possibly happen is I say no and we walk away having each wasted a total of 1 1/2 minutes.

If some sellers on here only sold at 20% above eBay we would all be buying. They are selling or trying to sell, at 50% or more than eBay.
What I love is sellers with a (0) beside their name, registered a week earlier, try to sell at twice the market price, then never darken the door of this site from that point on and leave mad...... Lol
Upset that nobody buys from you because you have a (0) next to your name? Tough Terds, that's the lay of the land. Pay your dues here, before you come a Ripping-Off.

Many buyers on here feel entitled to buy at 20% below eBay. Most of those try to buy at 50% or more below eBay. Just my experiences.

It should be pointed out that a lot of us don't actually know what e-bay prices are because we don't have the time to hang out on e-bay pricing stuff, so it's not that people are trying to rip you off, it's just that they don't know.
Not that anyone cares what I think but I would support separating the "selling" threads from the "buying" threads by creating separate categories. For example I have accumulated a bunch of basketball cards through buying collections but I don't collect basketball. I would be happy to sell, but don't want to buy. It would be much easier for me to do transactions if I didn't need to go through a bunch of posts of people selling stuff to find interested people. That goes both ways - some people don't believe in selling cards, so they don't need to see ads from people wanting to buy.

It takes two minutes to find out the recent sales on eBay and is usually a hundred times faster than most trade discussions. If you've got the time to come on here and search the threads for cards you've got the time to take a peek at eBay.
