Red Wings just scored one of the nicest PowePlay Team Goals of the year, everyone touched the puck except Jimmy Howard.
7 second from the face-off with Holmer knocking the final pass out of the air and past the wheel-chair bound Roloson.

Wings are looking pretty good so far, Howard has come a long way since last year.

Good question, I didnt even know Howard was activated for play. But i say leave Joey in there for one more game because it never hurts to give him extra rest. Especially since Joey proved that he can handle his own.
However as prominent in similar situations throughout all sports with stars and backups, Jimmy has earned his right to be the Wings #1 starter and sooner or later he will have to come back, so if it wont be this following game against the sharks. It will surely be in the next game versus against the Hawks.
This is based upon my lack of knowledge as to how Jimmy does against the Sharks, so if he has a winning record, then definitly put him in there.
Either way we are in a great position, because now it will be Joey against Ty for the backup spot especially when Ty hasn't been doing to well.

Not 100% positive but I think I remember hearing that the Wings are giving Howard the start Sunday.
To me Joey is HOT Howard is Ice cold coming off an injury (A minor one at that but still) I would keep Joey in the net for Sunday to try and keep the home record alive. Howard could start Tuesday on the road at the Hawks to see if hes ready to play (without jeopardizing the home record) if he's back up to par then he's back as the starter full time again.
Thats just what I would do guess thats why I'm not a head coach though.
