Need an advice !!

Hello it is my first year collecting card.

I Start with the OPC 2011-12 set, yesterday i buy my first OPC box.

like 7 to 10 packs was having only 5 card (need 6 normally).

i call to the place i buy it they say to me they could not do nothing and i should write to UPperdeck.

what i did and i give my box serial number does this already happen to someone ?? does upperdeck will do something ? should i do something else ??

does it happen everytime ?

Was there a hit in any of these packs. Occasionally this will happen where packs that have a hit (insert, GU, etc.) will be down a base card.

no i receive some pack with only 5 base card but some was having ''hit'' like retro card or marquee rookie but they are suppose to... btw it mean it is ''normal'' ?

No, not normal, but it happens all the time.

I've gotten packs where there are supposed to be 6 cards and there were only 4 cards with nothing major, only base.

If you want to pursue it, tell them you want Marquee Player Retro sent to you, or a Game-Used, worth a try I guess.
