Information on this card

Hey guys I just picked up this card in a lot. It looks like the Limited Phenoms but it's designed differently. I can't find any like it on ebay, does anyone have any information on this card???? It's not serially numbered

It'll be a show from some sort.. my guess is last years all star game since it was in Carolina.
