Another paypal question?
Someone purchased a card from me and though I told them I'd take paypal as long as they were verified after getting paid I see they have no address listed with paypal. My question is if they are not verified and I ship with confirmation and they file a chargeback am I out of luck? Or am I still okay since I shipped with confirmation?

My understanding is you are only protected as long as you ship to the address listed on the Paypal transaction detail page:

That's what I figured. Looks like the guy is either going to have to get confirmed or get a refund. Why would paypal let anyone receive and send payments without any address at all on their account? That just seems odd to me.

Because PayPal gets their money either way.

Touche'!!! I contacted the guy and he is going to try and get verified. You'd figure no matter what you'd have to get verified to send and/or receive funds anyways.
