Used Redemption Cards...
Do these things retain any value at all after they are used? I'm wondering because this USED redemption is at $78 with 3 days left!

That's exactly what I'm thinking since I've never seen this happen before on a used redemption card. I bet they think they're getting a steal.

This is a new trend on eBay with redemption cards. First noticed it a couple weeks ago with Bryce Harper autograph redemption cards. I think people are trying to scam Topps out of a card since they will just say the code does not work.

Oh! I had no idea about that. It might actually work too. Topps might say that it was already redeemed when they call in, but the person might be able to say that someone guessed right on the code. That's highly unlikely I think, but could happen.

I thinks some people do collect used redemptions... I had a Kobe Auto Redemption I traded a collector a year or so ago.... I traded it for an auto for my PC (12-15 dollar value)

Hmmm. I know I would definitely not collect these lol. Especially pay $78+ for one.

Looks like people just don't read. How many people actually read the details? I know I wouldn't fall for it. Not sure if they do hold value. I know I've gotten a couple of used ones that were out of date and they were with my trade as protectors for my cards.
