Evil Bread Custom Cards

Ok I made this and going to send it TTM and hope he will sign it. But I am going to make another on for him to keep. I do notice that the edges are somewhat rough. For those who do autograph cuts how do you clean edges? I use an Xacto knife to cut out then i have some paper "burs" and was curious how to clean them without pulling back the photo from the paper stock. In any event here is my Regan Smith Nerves of Steel booklet (minus the backing, I still got to do that.)

I use a paper trimmer for all of my cuts, the edges always come out smooth.

Would that trimmer allow me to do cuts inside the card? Where I have the sheetmetal and firesuit windows at? I use a guillotine cutter now but it only works for outter edges

I use it for both the "cut" window as well as the outside of my cards. It took me a couple of tries to get use to it but it is all I use for my cuts.

Just finished this for a friend. I didn't realize that I didn't back the back part of the booklet until I attached everything.

The autographs are real autos that were taking from "donor" cards. And the sheetmetal is real as well.

It's about 4 standard size cards thick because I wanted the sheetmetal to have somewhat of a "bulge". The sheetmetal itself is about 2 cards thick. The pack filler I used as a base was also 2 cards thick. So without my desire for that "bulge" it would around 6 cards thick (Not counting the photo paper). Also both sides have sheetmetal. I also had to raise the cut auto so it wouldn't have to much of a recessed look.
