Cards came in fine except for 1 card.

07/08 OPC Marquee Rookies Buyback RC auto

I know buy back cards exist for these cards from future OPC sets so I assumed it was legit since there is no checklist and such for them. So I get the cards and check it out but it's not a buyback card, it's just an IP auto with some COA that I don't remember.

So, what would you do? It's not a huge card of the lot but I don't really have much use for it now.

I have an answer to your question below, but I have a question/comment of my own. There is a checklist for these Marquee Rookie Buyback Autos, and Dubinsky is one of the players on the checklist. I have been looking for one forever and I had never seen one until this auction. I had watched the auction the whole week and I have even contacted the seller about selling me that card if the lot didn't sell. I just want to confirm with you that it in fact is not the Dubinsky Buyback Auto card I have been looking for forever, but just an IP auto. I thought it was legit, because all the other ones I have are also signed in blue ink like the Dubinsky in the picture. It is too bad that it isn't. I think I would contact the seller and see if you can work something out, because with the image of the card and the description, it was misleading.

If that card is big deal or reason for buying, ask for a refund or file an "Item not as described" claim. If it's not a big deal and you want the other cards, this is one of the few situations I find it acceptable to ask for a partial refund.

Most definitely not. I've got a few Naslunds from back in the day so I know they usually add a hologram with a number on the back of the buyback and the COA card.

The COA is some hastily hand cut pieces of paper from West Coast Ice Scripts and there is no hologram added to the back of the actual card in case the COA just got lost or something.

yeah its a bs COA like all the ones they give out on ebay, no different then if I signed someones name to a card and throw in a Andrew Connors' Collectibles COA with it to GUARANTEE its legit

I got a $5 refund from the seller.. tis all I asked for. Would have bought it for $95 without that card so good enough for me.
