If you're mad that he tweeted the address at all, talk about that. Don't be mad it was the wrong address and leave the McClains out of it.

I've talked about both, but will not be forced into what I 'should' talk about.Hidden Content

I'm not forcing anything. I'm saying decide what you're mad about. There's already a thread about the tweet itself. This is ostensibly about the settlement. The McClains agreed to a settlement and, as far as they're concerned, it's over.
I'm asking you to respect the McClains. Nothing more.

I'm mad about the fact he gave out an address that he thought was Zimmerman's in efforts of someone harming him/his family, and I'm mad that it almost ended up harming people who had nothing at all to do with any of this.
And this thread may be absed on the fact they settled, but it still relates back to the fact of what Lee did in the first place.
And just because to the McClains' it's over, that doesn't mean we should stop talking about it and act like what Lee did was ok and justified, despite the fact many people may feel that way (That's just a general statement).

I'm glad that spike stepped up and made his mistake right for these people. If they are happy with the settlement then I am as well. I bet spike is thankful that something way more terrible didn't happen because of his reckless behavior. I do find it odd that someone like spike would post an address in what seems to me to be an attempt to get people to harass zimmerman at the very least and know that there's a possibility that someone could do more. Seems like he wouldn't even want his name brought up had someone taken the address and decided to go vigilante on zimmerman and take matters into his own hands, only to come back and said he got the address from spike lee.
