There is the status of my redemption.... this is a big update on the progress front.... for the longest time (since i redeemed them) my rookie autos /99 never even showed up in my account until today... lol way to go UD now you just need to realize the season started back how many months ago and is now in playoff mode... haha and send us our damn cards !!! lol

Yep the auto /99 ones are "waiting for stock to be confirmed and shipped" for me too , but the regulars are still "waiting to be built after start of season" :D .. should probably say end of season lol

Upper Deck is a terribly run company. Redemptions take forever, their customer service sucks and now they decide who gets to sell their product online to eliminate competition. They definitely do not care about the collectors. It is unfortunate that I like their hockey products. Glad they cannot control baseball and football markets.

I've actually had the opposite experience with their customer service and think it's phenomenal.

I was waiting for my Crosby auto for quite sometime and they provided updated information for me constantly, and when it was shipped it arrived at my house within a week (US - Canada).

I'm bound to run into a bad experience however, I may just be lucky.

They can get the cards that depend on outside people (those signing) out before the ones that they just have to make?
