And since you brought up FOX. Please post a video/article or whatever you can find that has taken sides on this case.

rush is a paid radio personality, and not a spokesman for any race
foxx is about making $$$, they don't represent "the whites"
the kkk is hated by more whites than blacks (because there are more whites)
anyone who did try to stand up and start pointing this stuff out would be labeled a racist and have a bounty on them quicker than you can blink your eyes

A simple question to ask is if you or I 1) made a statement in the news, placing a bounty on a persons head or 2) sent out the address of someone with a bounty on their head to 300k people, what would happen to us? I'm certain we would be charged of a crime. The Black Panthers and Spike Lee complain that Zimmerman is not charged, then committ crimes while not getting charged. Funny to me!

I'm also curious how Zimmerman's right to a grand jury got waived. I don't know all the rules, but doesn't he deserve to be indicted by a grand jury to show this is not politically motivated?

Not sure if we would have been actually charged, but I am sure there would have been a HUGE uproar about it. Unfortunately, that is the world we live in.

He has no right to a grand jury. That is completely up to the prosecution.

From, what I see this has been pretty much a national lynch mob. If Casey got away with murder, surely Zimmerman is innocent.

That's the thing that really concern's me. If the people of Florida are so heartless they can let a woman who killed her own child get off no telling what they do with the Trayvon case.Drug and smoke free trading.

Don't you think it would re-enforce that this is not political? Almost all high profile cases get indictments first and it is required for all "capital and infamous crimes" Federal cases.
The Supreme Court ruled that states do NOT have to have grand juries, but today 21 require them. Florida doesn't require, but does have the option. In Federal crimes, it is required:
The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution requires that federal charges for capital and infamous crimes be brought by a indictment returned by a grand jury.

So, my point is that if you have a strong case and this is not politically motivated, why not use the grand jury option? I'd be curious to see if this prosecutor used the grand jury system for lesser charges.

"I believe it was an accident. I believe it just got out of control and he couldn't turn the clock back," Fulton said, revealing her opinion about what happened the night her 17-year-old son was shot to death. "I would ask him, did he know that that was a minor, that that was a teenager and that he did not have a weapon."

Fulton said even if Zimmerman is found not guilty, the arrest achieves the goal of their campaign to raise awareness and bring him to justice.
"We just want him to be held accountable for what he done," Fulton said. "We are happy that he was arrested so that he can give his side of the story."
I have DEEP respect for Martin's mom. Her statements re-enforce my claim that 2nd degree murder will be hard to prove. Even her mom thinks it was an accident.
