Advice on send 4x6 photos
I like to send out cards mostly but sometimes it can be easier to find images of players I don't have as apposed to going out and trying find a card of that player. Most of these pictures can be printed in 4x6, my question is if you send out 4x6's how are you sending them out?
The cheapest I have figured out is to buy greeting card envelopes (SASE) and place them inside invitation envelopes to ensure the pictures will not have to be bent in order to return them. Although a box of greeting card envelopes and a box of invitation envelopes are about $10 total for only 50 of each. I have not sent any of these out yet but I am assuming the postage is 1 forever stamp each way?
Anyone have any other suggestions?

you can use standard letter sized envelopes SASE folded in half inside your normal letter size envelope, that way they unfold the envelope inside, put your photo in with no bending, and send it back. I've done this dozens of times.
Write do not bend on both envelopes.

It must be my PO then because when I try this the letters & pictures come back mangled and when I go to the PO to complain they tell me its because my return envelope was folded and it will not go through the machine as smoothly.
So I guess I was interested in hearing if anyone had a cheap alternative to folding the SASE inside the LOR.
