Lost Skinner CUP ARP 22/99, please HELP!
Hi all,
I need some help from the community to help track down a potentially lost Skinner CUP ARP 22/99; It was traded to a fellow SCF member in Toronto Canada about 2 weeks ago. The card was shipped via ExpressedPost with signiture required and was supposed to arrive within 3~5 business days. However, the member did not receive it and there is no further tracking info beyond April 27th on canadapost website.
This is a quite expensive card to lose (~600CAD). I have never had any lost cards ever, not even when I was working in China and did many much more expensive trades across the boarders. This trade was my second trade back in Canada, so, this is really disappointing!
I would very much appreciate if people can help me keep an eye on it at the shows or online anywhere. Thank you so much in advance!

did you ever have it on eBay? Because if you search for "Jeff Skinner The Cup 22/99" in google there is a listing, but its removed. Whomever had the card had a feedback of 1548. It gives a little information in the description, but there is no auction
Please check my inventory before my photobucket!!! It's more up to date!!!

Sorry to hear about your lost card, I know exactly how you feel. I sent a RNH Young Gun BGS 10 to Canada via Express mail last year and the tracking shows it has been sitting in a depot in Canada for the past 6 months. I have the serial # and have been watching ebay ever since and it has not shown up. Hope yours eventually turns up.

Did you pay for the extra insurance. Canada post should cover it as a lost package if it did not make it to its destination. Especially if they did not get a signature and you paid for one. Give there customer service line a call

Hopefully you paid the extra 5 bucks ($100 insurance included, $1 per $100 after that)
If you did, you will get the full BV amount refunded.

Insurance is not 1.50$ per extra 100 I believe.
But yes, get in touch with Canada post. If the card is suddenly missing they can open an investigation and get the police involved too.
Cheers,
reoddai

No, I didn't purchase the insurance, because the parcel supposed to be tracked and signiture required. The odds for losing it is small for which I am swallowing the pain right now. I've already opened a case with Canadapost and hopefully, they will recover the mail somehow.
since I didn't purchase the insurance, can the police be involved still?

there is no direct link, if you search it in google the card comes up, but it re-directs you to a basic search. I'm assuming this means that the auction was taken down :(
