2 problems popped up
First one: I tried posting a thread in "Site Tutorials" and this keeps popping up:
hawk2618, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Second: I have "no emails" checked off so I don't receive any.Haven't received any in like a month.Somehow one slipped by and is in my email. Is it possible to have any slip by or could this be a virus??
Thanks ~~Dave C.

1. Site tutorials are only created by staff. If you look you will see that every thread in that section is staff created and I think it is mostly senior staff.
2. Yes, I would suspect spam or a virus attempt. It is entirely possible that it slipped through, but I have never had one do it, so I would be cautious about opening it or clicking any links in it.

Hmmm...looks like maybe you subscribed when you responded to kr0n's blog and it sent you a notification that there was a response posted to your subscribed blog. I don't think that you should have gotten that notification via e-mail. I will refer this to the tech staff and let them take a looksee.

where it says quick links right under your card cash.....click on edit options,
from there......go to the 2nd section.......in the 2nd part, hit the arrow so it says
no mail notification......then go to the bottom and click save.
After you do this.....you will have to unsubscribe to the threads already going to your emailLast edited by hawk2618; 05-09-2012 at 05:25 PM.

Not to my knowledge. We had an issue a while back where Google Ads was a culprit of people getting a virus, but the SCF server is extremely secured against viruses so getting one from the site itself is a non-issue.

Yeah, I have that I don't want to receive emails for every thread I post in but they have been popping up in my email the last 3 weeks.
