Need some quick ebay advice
Hey guys just want some friendly advice here,
I purchased a card on ebay on April 27, and payed the same day.
It hasn't arrived still.. I know that may not be something to worry about, except that the seller has not answered any messages I sent regarding the card. I asked if it was shipped 5 days ago, no answer. I sent another one just now.
I would just like to know, if he doesn't answer within a few days (3 weeks is long enough already) and I don't receive the card soon, what should I do?
Just a note, he didn't mark it as shipped either, I know some sellers don't but this ones making me nervous.
Any opinions are appreciated, thanks.

I would wait for another day or two and then send him an email very politely stating that you have inquired about the shipment of the card on 2 earlier occasions and there has been no response. If he fails to respond to this email, you will have no other choice but to open a case with Ebay even though that is something you would certainly like to avoid. I would imigine he will respond.
Always remember to be polite at all times. Don't ever give anyone ammunition.

Put in a claim immediately, if he does not respond, your money will be refunded in 4 days.
Don't wait another second.

I had a very similar situation a few weeks back. Same thing, no item no indication of shipment and no response to the contact seller messages. Start a claim by going to the customer support button by the my ebay one, click on it and go to resolution center and then to the resolve problem part. From there it will ask you what you have done and what has been the response. Very simple and later if the seller doesn't respond, you can escalate the claim and then get a refund if necessary.

Ok thanks I did this, I already escalated it because it seems this guys has dropped off the face of the earth. Hopefully paypal can refund me soon and without hassle.
