1990s Inserts... BCCG 10 or BGS 9 ???

I have a huge love for 90s inserts and want to get mostly graded cards from now on.
Just wondering what everyone else felt about the long term value of the BGS 9 Mint vs. the BCCG 10 Mint or better.

I personally like the BCCG 10 because its MINT or better while the BGS 9 is just MINT no chance of it grading higher.
If im wrong let me know.

Any particular reason? Aren't both considered the same MINT just BGS gives sub-grades right?

Im new to the hobby and one of the first things I learnt was people only like PSA or BGS.

BCCG never seemed accurate to me, it seems that everyone was just given a 10 unless your card was ripped in half

BGS uses magnifcation to grade the card, while BCCG does not. BCCG is a cheaper service offered by Beckett.
