    metallic lustre or glossy

    Can anyone tell me the difference for autographs? Especially metallic? I am going to order some 11x14 from andorama and not sure what to get? Please help

    Glossy, looks pretty but gets fingerprints on it too easy and sharpie doesnt look great,
    Matte, has a "pebbled" feel to it, great for autos and looks great.
    Metallic, no idea lol

    This. I prefer matte/lustre. Paint pens also don't work too well on glossy photos or metallic. If you go with glossy or metallic, use Sharpies or the SRX markers. These are some Metallics from Adorama I found on another site.

    The bottom one turned out sick the silver looks really good on it

    silver paint pen works on black glossy photos as well.

    Glossy is terrible. That's for family photos. Lustre is best used with dark backgrounds where you would use gold/silver while metallic is for images with a lot of color. <-- IMO. Also metallic is a very clean and sharp print.

    so is this the answer, for ttms use glossy since most guys will use sharpies and for ip graphing use matte or lustre

    btw wats the diffrence between matte and lustre
