Can we get info on traders??

I currently am being taken for 500$ by a trader here.
It's been weeks they never sent their end and haven't been
on the site since the day they got my cards?? what a shocker.
Is there a way to get their phone number from a mod?

What can be done? Should I call their local police station and file a report?

I put it into dispute but a mod never responded or let me know what to do
or what's going on.

Any help is appreciated.
