Have I been ripped off by Panini?

Do you think I got a good trade from Panini with this sentence in mind "You may request after the 4 month wait is over that we send you out a random pulled card of equal value as a trade or continue waiting for the actual card"?

I got: 2010 Panini Limited, Limited Select Signatures, Card #11 ( / 99), Bobby Rousseau Montreal Canadiens

I was to fed up waiting, been waiting since Feb. 2 2011, and have mailed them earlier and said it before, I want a new card!

I will get: 2011 Panini Limited (11-12), Phenoms RC, Card #221 (2 / 299), Mika Zibanejad Ottawa Senators

So how do I do if I want to complain to Panini? This was my first redemption (got another one but that came instantly)? It says that the card is already sent. All this from my mail today happend in ten minutes. I wrote and asked once more, where is my card. They answered with the normal answer they send to people and I wrote back "give me another card"

I would be grateful for some help and comments about this. I just feel that they more or less give me the Zibanejad-card to shut me up and he´s from Sweden and so are you, be happy. I´m not if you havent noticed...

Bobby Rousseau is a legend, the other kid needs to come off the bottle first, and start eating solid food he's so young and unproven.

That is an unfair trade at it's finest.

This is hard to know because looking at completed ebay sales there are no Bobby Rousseau certified autograph cards which means if Panini produced that card it would be a rare auto and who knows what it would sell for. I think it would be a lot more the the $10 sale value on the Mika Zibanejad.

I agree, plus correct me if I'm wrong the Rosseau would've been hard signed. Instead you got a garbage manufactured patch card with a signature (i understand it's hard signed to). The numbering isn't even close either. Those Limited Phenom Rookies are garbage, ugly and drop in value big time. 100% horrible trade.

The Rousseau is probably worth more.
The Zibanejad would be easier to find a buyer.

    +1.

It may be worse, but if you let them know they'll help.

Yeah definitely way worse. Hard signed auto /99 of a player who doesn't sign so his signature would be rare and likely valuable to Habs collectors or a rookie that has some good potential but currently is not selling that great and it is /299.
