    The guy is comparing 1920 to 2010. Excellent is hardly a word I would use to describe the article. A better phrase would be "excellent spin" to get to where you want your point to go.

    I could write a 10,000 word response detailing the differences but I won't. Lets just leave it at "technology" and "world-wide economy". Those two factors alone, make his comparison complete garbage.
