Question

I made a trade with two different members on here coming up on three months ago, funny thing both trades were made the same day (completely pointless lol), but i have yet to receive my package from either person, neither trade was big mainly just a card or two nothing over like $30 BV, it's coming up on 3 months in about a week and still nothing has arrived. I have got in contact with both of the members so they aren't ignoring me but just say they will make sure they sent or say they sent it and it should arrive soon.

The only other problem I've had like this when trading online was just recently as well but that member went completely AWOL. Unfortunately with all three of these members i was a MSF as well as them so they have received my end (Both who contacted me have completed the trade on their end) but i still have yet to receive theirs.

I'm not trying to say they didnt send on their end or call out any members (Which is why im not using names) i just want to know what i should do next? Hoping from opinions from some veteran traders who might have ran into something like this? I don't want to send a dispute like i did with the AWOL member but should i? I hope someone can help me out!

The best thing to do is contact the members you have those trades with and let them know what is going on. SCF rules state the the shipper is responsible for ensuring that the cards reach their destination.

If you can't work something out with them, or they just aren't returning your messages, you can put the trades in dispute. A mod will help investigate.

Place them into dispute and make sure to mention and explain that you were also MSF at the time and that you sent your end and received nothing.
