    Scanning troubles, please help!

Hey everybody just got a new scanner. When uploading pictures some of the scan files are too big. Says it exceeds the allowed file size. Some work though, just certain ones wont. Any advice??

I have had issues with this too. Upload them to photobucket, and copy the message board image code and paste it into the thread you are trying to post...hopefully this works.

Check the Resolution (DPI) setting on your scanner. The more DPI the larger the file. I use 300 DPI and it works fine for me

You could also open the file using Microsoft Photo Manager and either resize or compress the image.

Yeah I use 300 as well. I'm not sure if I have that program, but i'll see if I can lower the DPI a bit. Thanks alot I appreciate it!
