    A question for democrats.....

This is 100% hypothetical.. but i'd like honest answers..

If 4 years from now the country is much worse off... unemployment is the same or higher, the debt/deficit are still going up.. the country is not on right track.. would you vote for a republican in 2016?

I'm an ex-democrat but I still voted for a democratic president so I'll respond.

The ONLY way the GOP could ever get my vote is if they change their ways.

As much as I care about the economy, I still put HUMANS ahead of money.

Treating women, gays, blacks and Hispanics (Which I AM) the way they do is not the way you get people to vote for you.

STOP targeting these groups and MAYBE, just MAYBE, we might pay attention.

    No

Not in 30 years I have seen any republican candidate worth while to vote for president

It would depend on how much the Republicans compromised. If they acted the same way as the last four years they wouldn't deserve a chance to lead.

Boehner has reportedly extended the olive branch. Let's see if his actions match his words.

I like Boehner. I think he could help greatly if he could stand up to some in the party.

Alex...a no would have sufficed. I asked on the hypothetical that IMac posed as I thought it was a good question

Good question. In all honesty I hate what the Republican party is right now. Whiney, finger pointers more worried about elections than actual work and willing to lie to a nation to win. It's not that I'm against conservatism I'm not. But I am against the Republican party. So no, not until they change their tactics. Not their views, their tactics.

If I said "No" and nothing else, it would make it seem as if I were a closed minded individual, which is far from the truth.

My answer requires more information as to why It would most likely be "no".

the op is a troll.. but I will answer anyway

There would have to be a boat load of historical data that the republican would do a better job than the democrat (IE how I felt John McCain would do better than Al Gore in 2000).. then I would vote for them. However this is even more hypothetical than my question. The democrats are in power, not the repubs... the 2016 election will be a referendum on the policies of the parties more than the candidates themselves. My question has validity.. this was just an antagonistic troll post.
