and hemp products is not the same as growing to smoke it for recreation purposes.

So why were they all made illegal under the same law?

You don't get high from hemp, yet all cannainoids were made illegal. Explain that.

I've seen people smoke maple leaves. Gonna ban trees too?

That didn't answer my question at all (neither did your double answer to the first question).
One major thought on the subject is that marijuana is illegal because hemp was poised to take over cotton and a lot of big people stood to lose out. So they used marijuana to make all cannabinoids, including hemp, illegal.

That could be correct or not. Being that smoking hemp gets you nowhere, I don't think the DEA or anyone else cares if you smoke it. It just makes you sick. I'd also venture to guess, you're wrong, and no one is smoking hemp...no one who knows what they're doing anyway.

So again, tell me why all cannabinoids are illegal when you only get high off one.

That's why it stays illegal now, yes.
It's ultimately a losing battle at this point though.

I highly doubt this, marijuana may he with some medical issues, but it would not put the pharm companies out of business, not even close. it is no miracle drug.
