How often do you attack someone for being a racist with no proof? Unbelievable.

I didn't say you are racist, I said you could be. Another option is that you're a partisan hack. I said as much.

But you totally read what I said and didn't skip over it, so you realize your post here is based on your misunderstanding of basic English.

Want to try again, oh reader of nothing?

I do find it a little telling though that when asked if you're racist or a partisan hack, you start screaming about being called a racist.
Do you focus on that half for a particular reason? Are you overcompensating for being racist, or distracting because I hit the nail on the head with partisan hack?

    I seriously can't tell which.

Hey Alex, don't you usually invoke the 5th amendment when you are afraid that what you will say will provide evidence of your guilt? I thought the IRS didn't do anything wrong?

The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday afternoon that Lois Lerner, who heads up the Internal Revenue Service's tax-exempt division, plans to invoke the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in a hearing Wednesday before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Affairs.
The Fifth Amendment provides that U.S. citizens may not be compelled to offer testimony if telling the truth would incriminate them.

Yes and since she gets paid with federal dollars she should be fired for failing to cooperate. The option is always present to not testify against yourself but as far as employment goes there are no rights granting her a job. She will be fired soon if not then if charges are pressed she will be.

This is no different than the guy at airport security pulling all the Muslims aside for extra screening.

If that's you mindset, the fifth amendment is dead. Invoking it is not an admission of guilt.
At least, I'm sure its not for reps...

they admitted they did something they were not suppose to do, now they are pleading the fifth, pretty cut and dry that they are pleading the fifth to cover up the wrong doing they already admitted to.

I could see if this was based on a secret phone call someone received during the night, but this is based on their own admission.

If they've already admitted it, then who cares?

Who said it does? Certainly not I.

Why do you need someone to admit something twice? If it's already confessed, who cares about the fifth.
