I know that you are an atheist but the story of Noah's ark is a good parabel to what happened back in the day when Noah warned the people of their sinful ways and what happened to them with how the Gov't (long before President Obama) is slowing turning on it's citizens and whenever someone tried to speak up about it they were laughed at.
