Panini Peek: 2012-13 Innovation Basketball
Look, you don't name a trading card release "Innovation" without being able to back up such a title with content. So when Panini America's NBA Product Development team set out to devise the so-named 2012-13 Innovation Basketball, well, they knew they had to bring it. So what they're bringing, among other things, is the spectacular Stained Glass insert (printed on colored, textured acetate), the terrifically transparent Rookie View RCs and the massively swatched Rookie Prime Jerseys.
The product is slated to arrive in mid August boasting a 200-card base set that includes 25 View and 75 Rookie View, and each eight-card box will deliver three autograph or memorabilia cards.

I thought the NBA wanted less sets etc, when giving Panini the license, but it seems like Panini is making set after set.

Agreed! With the exception of auto's and G/U's, isn't it the same players on more expensive cards??

If that's what "bringing it" is then I don't want to see what Panini's stuff looks like when they don't. I mean I hate to say it but this looks like everything else they have released.Selling all my cards here updated as of May------------> Hidden Content

The double rookie class has watered down some exposures I think. I think panini will have slightly better value in their products next year.
