Well I do have a few PC cards but make sure you read carefully how they are written. A lot of requets I get are people saying if you decide to trade em Id be interested in those PC cards and so on/so forth.... I dont get to many replys stating Im interested in your Bart Starr and Reggie white autos as a plain ole trade offer.. But yeah if its something that urks ya that much, just yank em off.

I understand what you are saying prophet, but....I do read carefully, and people do ask for the sayers in return for $40 cards. I wish they were cool about it like that, but most people arent, there are plenty that are, but most people just aren't. They are here for the money, or for there own selfish collection, I don't know. It actually just happened again, ofcourse I will not disclose the name, but this guy really must think I am dumb or just a kid, or something, the way he talks. I still reply nicely with a "no thanks, I would like to trade for comparable cards", but he just doesnt get it. Its like I have to repeat myself 3 or 4 times to some of these people. I just don't make enough trades on here to be telling people to get lost. If I am gonna try and trade up on something I atleast try and go all out with my offers, but some offers are just plain insulting.

I totally hear you, 9nick0. I don't advertise my PC because I don't want people asking about it, but I have a few cards on my trade list that are tougher to get. What I don't like is that I often ask for a $15-$20 auto, and in response I get "What can we work out for your Steve Smith Limited auto? Um dude, $15 does not equal $40. To me, if the card is hot, and I think it can net me something nice for my PC, 10 $15 cards don't equal $40.

But then they are always asking "Can I add something?" I have a TON of stuff that books similiar to the stuff I pick out. Pick out something siliar don't say no thanks. It ain't tough.

It seems like I don't have a tradelist under my premium stuff. I HATE that. If I ask about a $30 jersey, I don't want to hear you ask for a $40 autograph. WHo are you kidding? It's obvious that if I ask for a player that isn't in my sig, I won't give you a premium on it.

Also, I am pretty sure everybody on here knows I am a bears fan, half of my cards for trade are now bears cards cuz I have traded almost everything else for bears, so what makes "you" think that I want your $40 Urlacher rookie and $80 in $1-$5 assorted bum bears rookies (jim miller, anthony thomas) for an auto patch of gale sayers. Come on.

    Couln't agree with this more.

Bottom line: When making an offer to someone, think how you would react if the shoe was on the other foot. If you'd be offended by the offer, don't make it! If it's an offer you'd never accept, don't make it. Be fair.

I'm not trying to single out StainLss, but it's that line of thinking that makes trading here incredibly difficult at times.

Interesting topic. I've never really had too many people ask me about my PC, it happens every now and again, but what can you do? Honestly, I only have about 50-60% of my PC items even on my Photo Bucket, just for that very reason. (I just don't want to deal with people asking abou them.) On the other hand, I do like to "show off" so to speak my nicer cards, so it's kind of a no-win situation there.

My advice to you is to simply take off the stuff you absolutely don't want to trade if this bothers you so much. I don't know what else to tell ya. Good luck!!
