    My mock draft 11-20

I'll have 21-30 after I get home on Saturday night.

I think the middle of round 1 is going to see some fireworks.

    11. Vancouver (via Philadelphia) - Max Domi, C/LW
*** Vancouver trades Cory Schneider and #85 pick (3rd round) for Matt Read, #11 pick in 2013 and a 2nd round pick in 2014

    12. Buffalo (via Phoenix) - Ryan Pulock, D
*** Buffalo trades Ryan Miller, Luke Adam and Nathan Gerbe for Brandon Gormley, Andy Miele and the #12 pick

    13. Dallas (via Winnipeg) - Frederik Gauthier, C

    14. Buffalo (via Columbus)- Anthony Mantha, RW
*** Buffalo trades Drew Stafford and the #16 pick for Boone Jenner the #14 pick and #105 pick

    15. NY Islanders - Rasmus Ristolainen, D

    16. NY Islanders (via Columbus via Buffalo) - Zachary Fucale, G
*** Islanders trade Nino Neiderreiter for the #16 pick

    17. Ottawa - Alexander Wennberg, C

    18. Detroit - Mirco Mueller, D

    19. Columbus - Valentin Zykov, LW

    20. San Jose - Samuel Morin, D

Again, I think you're overvaluing the high priced players on the Sabres here Scott. Columbus thinks very highly Jenner, and they won't trade him for an under-achieving forward AND move down. Jenner will make the Blue Jackets out of training camp this year.

I'm not trying to rip on your proposals, but I just don't see the Sabres being able to make a splash in their favour.

Your upset I'm not trading him to the Oilers

Seriously though, I agree Jenner might be a stretch but lest not forget Stafford does have the ability to score 30+ in a season. He needs a change. If its a mid-level prospect and the picks are flipping. I think that would be OK

I initially had Vanek going to Cbus, but the cap number did not make sense, nor did any possible return except for Johansen. And there is no way Cbus parts with him.

Haha Stafford has been linked to the Oilers for the past 10 years.

I'm not familiar with Columbus' prospect pool, but I'm pretty sure Jenner won't be on the table. I agree that a lower-mid level prospect would make the deal viable though.
