Works fine for who? The rich and powerful? White people when charged with a crime against a black person? No the system needs a major overhaul. As far as the jokes I look at it like this. Say a guy goes to a hooker to and pays her to do something that degrades him. I agree there are people who get a bad wrap from the justice system, but I'd guess that most are there because they deserve to be there. Taking the cases that are popular on a national basis is just a cross section. I'd like to see stats before forming an opinion rather than using the mainstream cases.

I think the system has more to do with money than it does with race. When you can pay for better council it'd think it's fairly typical that you'll have better results even if you are guilty.

business minded does not have to do with moral minded which is the issue. a drug dealer has a business mind, and it is not much better to use drugs, sex, or racial hate to make money.

You are answering an improbable question. I know that from time to time George Carlin used the n word im some of his skits but it was to make a point. I don't have a problem with what Carlin did and no Black people that I know do either. However I am not cool with what Kramer from sienfeld did. He is a racist jerk. You know veggie....I like reading what you have to say. You and I look at some things the same way and some differently but I must say with this Trayon fiasco you have gone off the the deep end.

I would suggest stepping back for a while and letting the heat die down as this case was not about race. It was about the rule of law. You are bordering on the Alex area and I don't believe that is you.
