It should have brought down costs more at the time of the law. Now, insurance companies are throwing more of the responsiblity on the policy holders. Cost should go down for you in 2014 if you are in a state that expanded Medicaid. If your state did not approve this part of Obamacare, prices will continue to go up.

He's been a horrible President. The ACA was supposed to be his crowning achievement. If it was so great, why delay it and give exemptions to your favored companies and constituents?
