Joos call black people Schwartzas. Jackie Mason got into trouble a few years back calling Obama this. It's Yiddish for Black Person, but not always used in a friendly connotation.
Most Joos that use the term "Schwartza" are unaware that it is one of those borderline hurtful words. It's an actual correct word in regard to semantics, as it's also basically the same word in German, but it's a touchy word in the vocabulary of today.

He didn't say Schwartzas (there's no 't' in the German word).

I know he didn't, I was using it as a metaphor as one of the most common reasons that many Jews get into a spot of bother with blacks. The meaning in German is the same, T, or no T.

That was just a factoid. Thing is, "Schwartzas" or "Schwarzas" is a legitimate word. The word he used, "Kushim," is, according to the story, comparable to the 'N' word, while "Schwarzas" is comparable to saying "black guy" when the person in question prefers "African American" and decides to say something about it.
Not dissimilar, but not quite the same either.
Also, I'm pretty sure you can say "Jew" as it's not a derogatory term...

So is my Wife. She can write and speak Hebrew as well as she can English. Astounds me, as her time taken with the latter as a young girl was marginal at best.

It's certainly a smaller vocabulary of words compared to english. I don't how how many new Hebrew words are added to the vocabulary list, but something tells me that it may have been years since a new word was added.
Yiddish though close, is an entirely different street animal than Hebrew. I do know that I know a ton more Yiddish words than I do actual Hebrew ones.
Yiddish words in many instances just fit.
