A Holy Grail For Free LOL
okay-this requires a bit of story-went to collectables store like normal-just needed a simple card box-hung out for a bit also like normal. a guy comes in who bought a house and found all this old racing stuff/postcards cleaning out the attic. He sorta knew but def wanted all too much money for it. w/e not my issue but i answered his questions when he asked who it was etc while scott was busy with customers-anyways he left without sellin most all of it but said thanks to me and was impressed-he said i could have the postcard i was talkin to him about-which was this-for free. Dale Earnhardt autograph circa 1979...FREE. score me.

the problem with any DE signature to get it certified these days is it costs like 75 dollars-and when im almost 100% certain its legit and i know im keeping it theres no point.

nice card. I would almost 100% say its a fake auto but if you wanted to just make sure send it in to have it checked out and certified. Great pickup and cant beat the for free

LOL i had 4 guys in the shop with me who had seen a ton of DE autos-early ones too-the fact that its signed in a pen not a marker and the age of the postcard plus the signature comparison test all pass the realism mark. everything else the guy had in that stash was real too-no ones going to fake LD Ottinger and Morgan Shepherd Autos from the same time period LOL
