Are you aware that Harry Reid and John Bohener negotiated a CR dating back as far as march.. and it was AGREED on until September when they added Obamacare BS? The Democrats gave the republicans literally every spending cut they wanted in that agreement too...

1. After the legislation was passed Obama used special privileges to grant exemptions and subsidies for his cronies (which got the ball rolling on this whole mess)
2. The House voted to defund Obamacare while funding all other operations. Harry Reid refused to bring it up for a vote in the Senate.
3. The House voted to defer funding for Obamacare for one year and make all Federal officials subject to be under Obamacare. Reid flat out rejected it.
4. The House voted to fund veteran programs and parks. Again Reid refused to bring it to a vote.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to grasp the reality that the Democrats have been just as instrumental in the shutdown as anyone else.

1-3 are irrelevant... Obamacare has absolutely nothing to do with the CR or the Debt Ceiling.. something the right seems to still not understand. Have issues with the law? Fine.. win more elections, repeal it.. and take your grievances to the people... STOP HOLDING THE COUNTRY HOSTAGE!

4... actual substance. The Senate passed a CR.. a clean CR... the CR that was AGREED to by John Boehner and negotiated over months... the CR opens the government 100%. Even though every news agency has proven this CR would pass the house if voted on right now.. John Boehner has refused to put it to vote. Why? Because the tea party wouldn't vote for it. Why don't you ask him why he can't stand up to these people.

Stop the hostage negotiating, and pass the damn CR congress!
