Yes, it's much easier just to demagogue "ZOMG LOOK AT STUPID OBAMACARE", than to actually understand basic nuance. The states were supposed to take the reins and set up their own exchanges (you know how all thos repub. led states always kvetch about the federal government and want their "states rights"...seems like a win-win), which would make plenty of sense. The ones that did seem to be going smoothly (and can advertise any way they want; DAMN YOU ObAMA). The ones that let the federal gov run it (hmmm i wonder what they all have in common) out of petty partisan protest are not working so well. So I guess they got what they wanted

and I wonder why not a single person has signed up in NY?
    hmmmm

Probably because you need to re-evaluate wherever you got your talking point from:

37,000 enrolled in N.Y. health exchange so far

The Cuomo administration proudly announced Wednesday that more than 37,000 New Yorkers have signed up for ObamaCare.
What it didn’t announce was that two-thirds enrolled in the taxpayer-funded Medicaid program — not the private health-insurance exchanges.
Of the 37,030 new health-care enrollees, 23,717 actually joined Medicaid, the public health-insurance program for the needy that is 100 percent taxpayer subsidized.
Only 13,313 bought regular commercial insurance, officials said Wednesday.

maybe you should do the same

I'm sorry but did you not say "NOT A SINGLE PERSON has signed up"? Seems to me like you were 100% wrong. I haven't stated anything factually incorrect, so I will not do the same

Other than his wording, I think he's got you, Jay.

I don't mind being wrong. I have been married for over 20 years, I am use to it.

You are arguing semantics. In a state of 19.57 million people 13,313 people amounts to .0006% of the population. Using the term "nobody" here is a generalization that comes pretty freakin' close to being true. Sign-up has been available for what, 2 weeks now? I feel safe saying that people in NY are signing up for cable TV at a faster rate...
