Detroit Red Wings' alumnus Tomas Holmstrom made an appearance for a free signing he was doing at the Troy Sports Center in Troy, MI tonight on behalf of Randazzo Heating and Cooling. It wasn't well advertised, so there was hardly anybody in line when I got there after I got off work. Got Tomas to sign all 3 of my trading cards and got a photo taken with him as well.

Attended the Detroit Lions vs. Baltimore Ravens Monday Night Football game at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. Only got Ravens' cornerback Jimmy Smith to sign my trading card for me, as Torrey Smith ignored and most of the starters were in or didn't come out to warm up. Some of the other Ravens' role players did signed, but I had nothing for them. Detroit Lions' Kris Durham, Stephen Tulloch, Joseph Fauria, Brandon Pettigrew, Darius Slay, Stephen Tulloch, Ryan Broyles, Glover Quin, and Don Carey also signed, but I didn't need them.

Attended the "Lions' Review" local sportstalk radio show held at the Hard Rock Cafe in downtown Detroit tonight. The guest tonight was Lions' running back Reggie Bush, which drawn more traffic than the usual crowd for the show and alot of dealers. The dealers pretty much ruined it for everyone else by throwing down 3 items or more and expecting Reggie to sign them all, which got the handlers restricting to only 1 item per person after the first wave of dealers went through. Good thing I only brought one item and got my 8 x 10 photo signed along with the requested "Go Lions" inscription on it for me.

Some nice adds lately. Was Reggie doing all their stuff at first?

Thanks. Reggie was real cool and did all of their items, until the radio station handlers announced that he'll only be signing 1 per to ensure everybody in line gets an autograph. That still really didn't stop the dealers as a couple of them still dropped 2 items for Reggie. I'm pretty sure you're familiar with them through graphing NBA and MLB. Some people do need to get a life and real jobs.Last edited by tboculosis; 12-17-2013 at 09:59 PM.
