Where to find the best player checklists?
Hello!
Have been collection hockey cards for years and been a Beckett buyer for some time in my life...
But I have give up on Beckett, they are not a pricelist in my opinion any more and for sore they are not even a proper checklist!
So where could I find a proper checklist that are at least 98% correct!?
Working with my Pavel Bure collection and need to say every year they have missed some cards and also have some cards that not even exist or ever excited! And then we talking about the 90´s! Then we have the PC of Niclas Bergfors and Robert Nilsson that are from the 2005+ and there they have missed some and also added cards that never went to production!
So I world love to get better checklists of my PC!
Any one that have a register to recommend!? Please!
Thanks!

I'd recommend the Inventory Manager here. I don't know if it is better than Beckett's list but you can have the staff remove or add any cards to the list to make it more complete. There is a forum for adding/subtracting cards on the homepage.

A quick check of the SCF inventory versus Beckett shows an additional 250 Bure cards in the SCF inventory. Also, using the inventory for your PC allows you to create wantlists of all missing cards of a particular player, and then you can check everyone else's inventory (using a single button) to see who has your missing cards for trade/sale.

I cross-reference beckett, scf inventory and hockeydb. I've seen this site miss some of the team-set items that Beckett has and Hockey DB may have. Especially for the younger guys.

Team set are hard to get unless we get a lead on them. This is why you have a forum per sports as sub forums of the inventory/storefront feedback forum to post the request for missing cards. So if you are a bure collector then you make sure SCF as the best Player list collection by leading us to the cards we are missing so we can add them. Team sets are really the one that we need help as they have no checklist posted like on manufacturer site, so we add them when we get the lead.
When under the My Inventory tab (Private section when you can add cards or add to want list) you have a link of the right section called player indexing. Click on it, search the players you collect and when you find it, click on add to PC.
All what this does is add a link under My Inventory tab on the right under PC fast link. One link ( the player name) is a link to all his cards. The second link will be a link to the stats page that will tell you what you have as far as unique cards, and total per RC, AUTO, MEM and serial. Then you will have a feature to maintain a want list of all the cards you have not added in the inventory. you also will have a link to a automated picture album of all images you have upload for that player. Then the last things is a list of card you have per print runs.
Here what It can look like:

The synchronise action will remove cards you have from this player from the list and add all the one you do not have. It also look if new cards were imported latly to make sure all cards are taken into account.

Also since we index player cards, it possible the latest cards (mainly multiplayers cards) may not be added. But open the player stats page also run a function that will add any missing cards we added lately and make sure the stats are up to date.
I also forgot it does add a player map section that look like this:

With Ranford, I've been doing the Player Collection / need a complete checklist for close to 15 years. In the late 90s / early 2000s - Beckett was BY FAR the best.
I know for a fact that the inventory manager here is much more complete that Beckett's lists today. Hockeydb is good, but it's probably the worst of the three. They don't list most parallels, just the base set... so unless you're also going to put in the time to figure out other versions of cards (what should exist) don't bother using them.
Team Issued cards, as others have already mentioned, is the one thing that SCF lacks on.... but the guys that work on the database, they're very good at adding things once someone has pointed out that they exist - and removing items that don't.
