Can anyone tell me about this? is that Orton figure inside? I cant tell. got it like this in Target.

That is definitely a old school Randy Orton figure, never seen one of these before. Might be a good find! Sorry i couldnt be anymore help.

Does this action figure look like it was repackaged? I only ask this because Randy Orton should have a sleeve of tattoos.

i thought about that, happened before I found a figure in target, it was the rock, but he had on some crazy hand painted shirt, i thought, wow, a 1/1 or something??!! well, turns out that upon further inspection it was repackaged, but not this one. I looked closer and the tape on the sides has not been comprimised from what I can see. ive seen this happen before. i have a great khali figure inside of a jericho box packaging, or is it jericho in khali box.

i dont know what the hek this thing is, on the back orton isnt even in this release?? on the side the top 2 tabs look untaped, the bottom 2 are taped and doesn't look like it was tampered with or there would be rips and tears right> the bottom 2 tabs are open as well. i bet someone replaced the sheamus figure, and then just taped it in the middle, there are no tabs in the middle part. who and WHY does someone do this??!!

so i just looked at other elite figures, there is no tamper tape on the side tabs top and bottom, there is just tamper tape in the middle, which this figure has. so it looks like a legit error from factory to me, or employee at factory did it. if that tape is taken off it would rip and leave marks.

That's a repack. Its a Jakks Randy Orton figure in a Mattel Elite box. The tape on these come off pretty clean and can be re-applied to make it look "sealed". I know this because I keep the packages to all my elites that I open and I have never had a tape tear.

so can someone give me one good reason why someone would do this? buy it, take it home, take sheamus, repack it, and return it? I mean seriously? ALl i can think of is that someone wanted a sheamus figure, or to sell it on ebay for what, 5 bucks? people need money that bad? wow.
