I could not agree more this is the best point you have made EVER. In my opinion of course we have to many what we call at my job "fence gangstas".Tough behind a closed door but timid face to face.
It's the advent of the internet. The internet allows people to infinitely challenge others without recourse.

I always maintained back in 1996 when I first started using the internet that all computers should come with a large 20 ounce boxing glove loaded in the front like an airbag. As soon as you post something silly, you get slugged by a big fun bag that does not hurt you, but reminds you to stop being a knob.

Continuing the insightful Internet point, I have found I'm much happier now that I've been off Facebook for almost three months. I deleted it and have not looked back.

I love writing as much as anyone, but why spend so much time "interacting" there with people you hardly ever see (or never see) face-to-face? And why bombard myself with 500 image memes in my newsfeed that attempt to summarize complex issues of life, politics, and religion into a snarky one-liner? Haven't missed that sort of thing at all.

I write that all while being on an Internet forum interacting with people I've never met, either. Whoops, lol. :)

This forum reminds me of a Andy Rooney 60 Minutes rant for some reason. R.I.P.

Here's one to ponder, in the cartoon spongebob squarepants Mr. Crabbs lives in bikini bottom, think about that one.

Really? That's weird because the P&R section often reminds me of Mickey Rooney.

People writing cheques in the express line. It would not be bad, but they don't start to get out their cheque books until the total is rang-up.

Have the bloody thing made out to Safeway, Walmart, Winco, Superstore or whomever before the total appears, then all you have to do is add the amount and save everyone behind you at least 5 more minutes of grief.

People still use cheques? I haven't seen anyone use a cheque since nineteen-ninety something.

Every American woman over the age of 55 writes a cheque for nearly everything.

My random thought of the day:

I'm a Geologist, specializing in Igneous Petrology....I study minerals and rocks that are at the beginning of the rock cycle, and I study our Earth's core using data from those rocks...

    I'm a nerd.
