My Greatest Triple Auto
So, a few weeks ago, my dad called me to let me know they were making an appearance (two, actually).
I went down today for the first one, got there early, and ended up watching part the Islanders/Devils game with Steve and a bunch of kids (and a couple parents).
Then I got this signed, and left.

I'll get a picture of the whole jersey taken. I wore it as any other shirt for quite awhile, and the wear adds to the overall look of it, given what it is. It is currently at my dad's place as he has better storage (it's stored right next to his signed Trevor Linden jersey. All his others -Cam Neely, Don Lever, 2005-06 Canucks- are on display in his living room). This will likely go up in his house before mine, but whatever. I love it.Last edited by Wickabee; 03-02-2014 at 02:50 PM.

Thanks for the comments. From watching Steve talking to the kids who were there, I'm gonna say he is the nicest guy.

Very cool. The guys at Players Choice got pics signed as well. They seemed pretty psyched about the whole thing.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Thanks, Don. I appreciate that.
Of course they were, man. Not only is it the Hansons, it's also two of the guys who inspired the Hansons and the guy who inspired Dave 'Killer' Carlson!
SLAP SHOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome!
Slapshot is still one of my favorite movies ever... and probably the movie I've watched more times than any other. Never gets boring.
I met Dave Hanson a couple years back at a book signing, but have never met the other two. I do have autos though, as they've FINALLY gotten autophed hockey cards in the last few years. (big ups to both ITG and Panini for getting these guys to sign cards.... and again to both of those manufacturers for getting other guys either in or associated with the movie to sign)
