It's OK To Upskirt In Massachusetts
I found this a bit humorous. Apparently the law regarding the issue is so ambiguous that you can make a valid legal argument that you are doing nothing wrong by taking upskirts.

That's from two days ago. Yesterday they made it illegal. The bill was signed into law.

I remember cases like this hitting the news cycle a few months ago. One of those totally funny but totally not but really kind of funny but really not but kind of situations.

Where do you see it is from 2 days ago? You may be right, but the time stamp on the article at the top of the page clearly says "updated 8:40 AM EST, Fri March 7, 2014"

It's still law. You saying that you can photograph Pumpkins as long as they have their panties on is now incorrect.

When I posted the article this morning it was not law. So I was not wrong at the time. Clearly you can not now, but at the time it was not illegal.
