How to file a Replacement from Panini
I opened a box of 11-12 Contenders 7 months ago and I hit a redemption card:
11-12 Contenders Dual Auto Ben Srivens Matt Frattin
The card was expired but Panini said they will honor it... anyways I redeemed it and I still have not gotten the card after waiting 7 months. My question is, how do you ask for a replacement of this card?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Call them.

Hey, at least they said they would honor it. UD would have just told him that he was screwed.

so my best bet is just to call them? or can I do this online somehow?

Open a new request, reference your original request number for the redemption and state that you've waited the required length and would like a replacement.
I have the same one pending with them. Along with TWO Hawerchuk/Scheifele Passing The Torch Autos, a Malkin NHL Ink auto, a NHL Ink Trios Gold Seguin/Landeskog/Hedman.....not looking like I'm getting ANY of them but I gotta keep on waiting to file my replacement requests :-(
