The amount of Americans who hate him is off the charts though. What is different about Obama than any other President?

Is the amount of hatred off the charts or have the charts simply changed? The man was re-elected, after all. Maybe the amount of people who DO hate him, and there are more than a few, are simply amplified by the social media and the $$$ behind stirring the pot.

See, a Democrat would never say that. A Democrat would do everything in his power to say anything but what he's actually thinking. Democrats assume people are too smart to just take direction from someone because he or she is a politician.

A Republican, on the other hand, will look you dead in the eye and say "Don't give your money to the government in the form of taxes so they can decide how much of your money you get back. Give your money to my donors in the form of tax breaks and rebates so they can decide how much of it you get," and expect you to thank them for the opportunity.

You can call the Republicans more honest here. That's their positive spin. The way I see it, and this is a testament to the state of American politics, I hate the Democrats a little less, not because my views line up closer to the left (Democrats have no view. They're millions of individuals.) but because they at least respect the public's intelligence enough to lie to them. Republicans act like feudal lords and wonder why people don't like them.
